Community Connectors on TWR

This week, our Community Connectors Manager, Poppy Thomas, met with Trans World Radio (TWR) to share the vision for launching Community Connectors as part of our Citadel project in North and East London.
The Community Connectors initiative is all about creating strong local networks that offer practical help, emotional support, and a sense of belonging for people in need. Through Citadel, we aim to connect people with the right services, community activities, and volunteers who can walk alongside them in difficult times.
The conversation with TWR focused on how we can collaborate to raise awareness and inspire people to get involved, whether by volunteering, sharing skills, or helping us spread the word.
