We are offering 20 licenses for the In-Form database from Homeless Link.
Inform is a cloud-based database specially designed for homeless organisations to record and manage guests info and shelter management, including waiting lists, venues, attendance, bed spaces, guest personal data, volunteer details and relationship recording.
It's simple to use, and packed with features to help you assess, manage and collaborate. It provides all the information you need in one place to coordinate the practical elements of running your shelters covering recording and following up guest support.
Inform will be able to record all relevant data needed for your shelters and run data reports under a multitude of filter options making end of session data reports simpler and quicker.
The license will run for 12 months and we would look to renew if possible, and the system can be introduced into your shelters phased over a set period to help manage your existing work.
There will be four training sessions available on 2 December and 4 December, and you will need to attend one session.
Session times are 9.30am to 1pm and 1.30pm to 5pm. The training will take place at Homeless Link, Minories House 2-5 Minories London EC3N 1BJ.
