Service of Commemoration for those who have died homeless in the last year

During remembrance week we will gather to commemorate those whose lives have been shortened by homelessness in London. We remember those who have died on the streets, in hostels and shelters, and those who managed to move on to more settled lives but who still relied on homelessness services.

We also remember colleagues, staff or volunteers who have died in the past year for remembrance and thanksgiving.

The service is organised by The Connection at St Martin’s, St Martin-in-the-Fields and Housing Justice.

The name of each person who has died will be read out during the service with Streetwise Opera and the Choir with No Name once again involved together with symbolic action.
